Melliss work for a number of local architects, private developers and private clients on projects of various size from large to small in size.

We have provided civil and structural engineering services for new build projects, extension and internal alterations.

Many of our projects in London are to period properties requiring sympathetic refurbishment and restoration whilst recognising the significance of our built heritage.

In recent times we have worked with an architect specialising in clients with a range of physical disabilities to create homes which reflect their needs, extensive internal alterations and new builds with hydro pools.
